A leadership program equipped graduates to plan, run and report their own community outreaches.

Outreaches depended on a few senior leaders to organise.

Trained teams of young leaders running monthly outreaches independently.
Participants learned planning, budgeting and reporting through real projects, with mentors from the Office of Training & Leadership Development.
Each team now submits its own impact report, and the best practices are shared across the region.
